All trademarks, software, branding, APIs, documentation, and platform-related assets remain the property of their respective owners unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Prohibited Activities
Vendors must not:
Engage in spam or illegal activities
Misuse customer data
Violate WhatsApp Business policies
Perform unauthorized access or malicious activities
9. Limitation of Liability
WhatsApp API by Cognito Infotech shall not be liable for indirect losses, damages, business interruptions, or third-party service failures arising from vendor operations.
